NIKT is an important national meeting place for researchers, teachers, masters and PhD students in information and communication technology, computer science, information science and information systems.
The academic content of the conference will consist of a number of peer reviewed articles that present new researches, supplemented by the contributions of four invited speakers on current topics in ICT research, innovation and education. In addition, held in conjunction with the conference, there will be a meeting of the national ICT fagråd as well as a number of thematic workshops.
The conference consists of four tracks:
NIK (Norwegian Informatics Conference) is a national conference for researchers and students interested in developing knowledge about applied and theoretical information technology. See NIK 2020 call for contributions for submission details.
NOKOBIT (Norwegian Conference for Organizations’ Use of Information Technology) is a national conference in information systems and information science focusing on topics related to the development, implementation and use of ICT in organizations, and social issues in ICT. See NOKOBIT 2020 call for contributions for submission details.
The aim of the annual NISK conference series is to be the principal Norwegian venue for presenting new research and developments in the field of ICT security and privacy, and bringing together people from universities, industry, and public authorities. We invite both national and international contributions by researchers, practitioners, and PhD- and Master thesis students presenting new problems and solutions within topics on ICT security. See NISK 2020 Call for Papers for detailed contributions and submission guidelines.
UDIT (Norwegian Conference for Education and Didactics in IT subjects) is a national conference for the discussion and exchange of experience related to teaching ICT in Norway. All topics related to education, teaching, didactics and the use of ICT in learning are welcome. See UDIT 2020 invitation for submission details.
All submitted contributions will be evaluated by reviewers and accepted articles for all four tracks will be published in the conference reports from NIK, NOKOBIT and NISK.
